Is this Apple Touch ID?

No. Immurok is an independent wireless fingerprint key that uses documented operating-system integrations.

Where do my fingerprints live?

On the device. Templates are matched locally and never stored on your computer or in the cloud.

Does it need an account or internet?

No. It works offline with direct encrypted Bluetooth pairing.

What if I lose it?

Unpair it from the app. Your biometric templates remain protected on the device.

Immurok store policy

Shipping

We ship Immurok orders to the address entered at checkout. You will receive a confirmation after your order is placed and tracking information as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.

Processing and delivery

  • Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days.
  • Estimated United States delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated international delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery estimates may change because of carrier delays, customs, holidays, or events outside our control.

International orders

Import taxes, duties, and customs charges are not included unless checkout states otherwise. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If tracking shows loss, unusual delay, or delivery damage, contact us with your order number and photos when applicable. Whatever happens, we’ll work with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you or provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Contact support before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return eligibility

  • The device must be in its original condition with included accessories and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and the order number are required.
  • Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation are not eligible for a standard return.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may require 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Defects and warranty

Every Immurok device includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, normal cosmetic wear, or loss. Contact support and we’ll help diagnose the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

This notice explains how the Immurok store handles personal information when you browse, place an order, or contact support. Your fingerprint templates and biometric data remain on the Immurok device and are not collected by this store.

  • Messages and diagnostic details you choose to send to support.

How we use information

We use information to process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the store. Shopify and authorized payment, delivery, analytics, and service providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations. You may control optional cookies through your browser or the store’s privacy controls when available.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information is retained only as long as needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, warranty service, accounting, and legal requirements.
